When Feeder Creek reached out to Algofy, it was already selling on Amazon but felt it was missing out on sales and wasting spend in its sponsored ad campaigns. We were asked to develop and implement a top-down strategy to help drive growth in the marketplace.
Our Strategy
- Optimize product listings for SEO discovery and conversion
- Create and launch the brand's Storefront page and add A+ content to product listings
- Revamp a sponsored advertising strategy to eliminate wasteful spend and drive additional conversions
- Create and edit video content for usage on product listing and sponsored ad placements
- Develop a promotional plan around seasonal periods of demand
- Enroll in Amazon Post to increase awareness and drive free organic traffic to product listings
- Increase energy and resources toward growing the brand on Amazon Canada with many of the same tactics that worked in the US
System that works
Improving the customer experience by ensuring that product listings are optimized for SEO discovery and conversion is the first priority for an Amazon project like this one. After doing that, we assisted the business’s scaling process by implementing an effective sponsored ads (PPC) strategy alongside other effective marketing tactics. We also looked for opportunities to drive additional growth by expanding or increasing efforts in new Amazon markets (Canada, EU, etc.).
